Program Description

ShiftClick offers an SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) program. When you create an account or sign in to a ShiftClick application, you may receive a one-time verification code via text message to confirm your identity. This program is used exclusively for account security and authentication purposes. No marketing, promotional, or advertising messages will ever be sent.

Message Types

All SMS messages sent by ShiftClick are transactional in nature. You will never receive promotional or marketing messages. The specific transactional message types you may receive include:

Opt-In & Consent

By providing your phone number during account registration or sign-in, you are opting in to receive 2FA text messages from ShiftClick. Your consent is obtained through a clear, unchecked checkbox that you must actively select. Consent is entirely optional and is not a condition of any purchase or use of service. Below is an example of the opt-in language presented during registration:

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your authentication activity. Messages are only sent when you initiate a sign-in, account verification, or password reset request. You will typically receive 1 message per authentication attempt. No recurring or scheduled messages are sent.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from ShiftClick. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS verification codes and may need to use an alternative authentication method to access your account. You can re-opt in at any time by updating your authentication preferences in your account settings.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan. ShiftClick is not responsible for any charges from your carrier related to SMS messages.

Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and other major US carriers. Service may not be available on all carriers or in all areas. ShiftClick is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and U.S. Cellular, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not responsible for the content of any messages sent through this program. ShiftClick assumes full responsibility for the content of messages sent through our SMS program.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to ShiftClick's SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Privacy

Your phone number and related information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
